Shipping Times and Processing

Please note that the shipping times provided below are estimates and should be used as a general guide. For the most precise delivery information, we recommend waiting until you receive your tracking number via email. Orders are processed during business hours from Monday to Friday. Please be aware that orders placed after closing time on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Additionally, we do not process orders on public holidays, which may impact the processing time.

Shipping Destinations and Estimated Delivery Times

· Netherlands and Belgium: Standard Shipping: 1 – 3 business days

· Europe: Standard Shipping: 1 – 7 business days

· Rest of the World: Standard Shipping: 3 – 14 business days Some countries may experience longer shipping times, up to 20 – 25 days.

Customs and Additional Fees

Taxes are included in the product price for several countries, meaning there will be no additional taxes calculated during checkout. However, depending on your order’s value and your country’s regulations, customs duties may apply. These charges are determined by the local government and are outside of SABREEN MIA’s control. We are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties. If you do not see taxes at checkout but believe they may apply, please reach out to us for clarification before completing your order.

Delays and Responsibility

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that SABREEN MIA cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by courier services. Delays may occur, especially during busy seasons or due to external factors such as customs processing. While we provide the most accurate shipping estimates, occasional delays are possible.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Our team is actively working to minimize any backlogs and ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Unclaimed or Rejected Packages

If a package is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, the postal service will make an attempt to redeliver. However, if redelivery cannot be arranged within the specified time frame, the package will be considered abandoned by the authorities in your country. As a result, no refund will be issued

for unclaimed or refused packages. Should we recover the package and facilitate its return, any associated costs will be borne by the customer.
