Return & Exchange Policy
We want to ensure you’re happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it. To start the process, please contact us at info@sabreenmia.com.
- You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return the item(s). The returned item(s) must be sent back within this 14-day period.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and any additional expenses related to exchanges (including shipping for a replacement item) must also be covered by you.
- Please note: Returns will be processed as store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
- Please be aware that items from exclusive collections are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This will be clearly stated in the product description when applicable.
- Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, please place a new order after receiving confirmation of your return. Once we process your return, we’ll issue store credit, which you can use towards your new order.
- Return Conditions: To ensure your return is accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and seals still attached, including the ‘Do not remove this tag’ tag.
- The item must be free of any marks, stains, or odors, including makeup, perfume, deodorant, body lotion, body odor, or washing powder scents.
- Please return all original packaging, such as dust bags, if applicable.
- SABREEN MIA reserves the right to refuse returns outside of the 14-day return period, or if items are returned in less than the same condition. In these cases, the package will be returned to the customer, and shipping costs of this will not be reimbursed.
Please Note: Returns may be refused if they do not qualify for the above conditions.
Faulty goods: Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory fit, for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of worn items at any case.
Color Accuracy: We’ve done our best to ensure the colors of our products are represented as accurately as possible on our website. However, due to differences in screen settings, such as on computers, tablets, and mobile devices, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your screen will perfectly match the actual product.
Returns and Exchange Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@sabreenmia.com. Include your order number and specify the items you wish to return. Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions once your return request has been approved. Upon approval, the customer has 14 days to return the item(s), which must be received by us within this 14-day period. Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEST.
SABREEN MIA has 14 days from receipt of the returned item(s) to assess the return and determine whether it meets the return conditions. If accepted, the customer will receive store credit within five business days. If the return does not meet the specified conditions, the customer will be notified, and the item(s) will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Free In-Store Returns: For a more efficient return process, you may return your items directly to our store in Amsterdam at no additional cost. This is the fastest method for processing your return.
To return an item in-store, please bring your order number and the items you wish to return to our Amsterdam location. The return will be assessed on-site to verify whether it meets the return conditions. When returning items in-store, you may choose to receive a refund in the form of store credit or exchange your item for another product. Please be advised that returns shipped remotely will only be refunded as store credit. For exchanges by mail, we kindly ask that you return the item and place a new order for the desired product. Our in-store returns service provides the most convenient and efficient way to process your return, and we are happy to assist you personally.
In-Store Purchases: Please be advised that items purchased in our physical store cannot be returned for a refund, nor store-credit. We kindly request that customers try on their purchases in-store, as fitting rooms are available for this purpose. It is your responsibility to thoroughly check the items before completing your purchase.
We do not offer refunds or store credit for goods bought in-store. However, if you have doubts about your purchase, we offer the possibility to exchange your items for a different size or product within 7 days of purchase. This exchange is only possible if the products are returned in their original, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the items are not in their new, unworn state. Please note that this counts only for the products also available at our online store and not the exclusive items only available in the physical store, as those not exchangable.
