DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO VISIT SABREEN MIA STORE AMSTERDAM?
A: It is not necessary to make an appointment to visit our physical store in Amsterdam. Our team is ready to assist you.
Note: Are you looking for a rental copy from our Haute Couture collection and would you like to try the copies on? Then a fitting appointment is required. Make your fitting appointment here.
WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF SABREEN MIA AMSTERDAM?

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
A: You have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return your purchase if it meets the conditions. Check here whether your return shipment meets the conditions. Please create your return according to our return/exchange instructions. These can be found here.
The easiest way to exchange or return your purchase is in our physical store in Amsterdam. Make sure you have the items with you and your order number ready.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED IN THE SABREEN MIA PHYSICAL STORE?
A: No, unfortunately it is not possible to return items purchased in the physical store. However, it is possible to exchange your items in our store within seven days, if it meets the conditions.

HOW TO CARE AFTER MY SABREEN MIA PURCHASE?
A: Please read the clothing labels attached to each item carefully. Strictly follow the washing instructions, we recommend to dry clean all SABREEN MIA clothing items for prompt after care conditions.
